Curious did G weigh in last night (my + started at 174 intros) and why do you think he & Joe will wrestle?

I do not know as I was not at the match last night.
So jump a social level but drop wrestling knowledge level, probably a good thing if you live in NYC or LA but maybe not if you live in Oklahoma. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
;)

G was not introduced but not sure if he weighed in. Worry about Geer wrestling tonight as he looked like his back was wrenched in last nights match.

Don't know. May not be fact, but I think it's true.
He was injured in Scuffle semi & didn't look sharp in final, hasn't wrestled since. I tend to believe the injured/dinged up vs academic giving the timing.

G’s good bud transferring in is big issue so I am told. Bad influence doing some very bad things. Needs to be gone yesterday if what I hear is true. In fact very bad for whole team if true.

Witcraft needed to just give up the TD, he will learn!

This was very much like Clayton Foster's match in the NCAA finals his senior year - jumped out to a big lead, then got caught in a bad predicament trying to avoid giving up the takedown and was pinned. I know it goes against their nature to give up the takedown without a fight, but sometimes that is the best strategy. As I like to say, "No lead is safe in a Witcraft match - in either direction!"

Loved how he looked at Coach and then tapped his temple after the match. "See, Coach, I can use my head."
I have heard that it will be Hone for the rest of the season. Joe apparently was injured in practice this week. Frankly I would be happy to see Montalvo drop to 174 and Geer to 184. If Marsden is healthy he could be the 197 pounder. Happy with the match tonight. Pic overcame early problems for the fall.Witcraft is on the cusp of being a very good wrestler. Dusty Hone dominated a top 20 wrestler and Boo looked superb at 149. I thought Wyatt looked a step slower tonight but toughed it out for a gritty win. Wittlake was dominant at 165 as was Shomers at 174. Montalvo exceeded everyone's expectations and beat #6 Bonacorsi. Dakota did not look himself tonight but had enough to win. I predicted 28-14 match score and it was 30-10 and that was without Gfeller and Smith in the lineup. Takedowns 17-9 for the good guys and we dominated Pitt on the mat.

The guys who are wrestling are doing really well. Would have been interesting to see how we would have done with full team with heads screwed on straight this year.
