Family's private investigator: There is evidence Seth Rich had contact with WikiLeaks prior to death

You continue to ignore my responses to your posts. Is that because I am "too emotional", because you only want to regurgitate from another site, or because you are unable to argue against my responses?

Another one of @NZ Poke 's narratives found to be misleading.

Kim Dotcom announced overnight via Twitter that he is writing a letter to Special Investigator Mueller on Monday to encourage him to include the origin of the DNC leaks in order to properly conclude on the Russia probe.

I'm sure Mueller will give it a lot of serious consideration now that he (KDC) has shown his ass with his grandstanding followed by nada as it relates to Seth Rich.

If he fails to deliver it for sure matters. Any momentum in the Seth rich case fizzles today if Kim doesn't bring the bombshell.

Seems he has gone from wanting to help the Rich family with his promised bombshell of evidence to placing himself in a combative, litigious stance.

This whole thing is a massive crapstorm. If he has evidence relevant to a homicide investigation he should give it to the investigating agency or agencies.

I also noticed that , over a 48 hour period, he went from "I have clear evidence that Seth Rich was the wikileaker" to "I want to do what I can to get the DOJ to investigate the Rich murder".

I agree - but this also implies to me that he's going out on a major limb if he doesn't have documentation. At minimum, we need to make arrangements for him to testify and guarantee he will be allowed to come and go without being detained don't we? Living in NZ under threat of FBI arrest, I can understand why he would use this as a bargaining chip but it seems he's only bargaining for safe passage unless I'm missing something.

Or, he knows that he looks bad right now and is trying to climb back onto the pedestal he was on last week. He probably knows that no one in the U.S. is going to invite him over, or guarantee safe passage. Then, he can claim that he was right all along but the corrupt U.S. government wouldn't give him a chance to prove it. At that point, those who want to believe him will be back on the bandwagon.

I have quite a bit experience with jailhouse snitches that claim they have critical evidence in a big case that they'll disclose....for just a little help in their own case. I've represented a good number, I've negotiated with a good number while on the other side. I'm probably biased because I know in my experience those rarely, if ever, pan out....but no, I don't think we need to guarantee him anything. He could make a true proffer and let the DOJ decide if it's credible enough to grant him some discretion. He could make the proffer from NZ easily.

I remain about as dubious of KimDotCom's claims as you do the whole Russia thing....with the added issue of him promising disclosure on a date, now putting himself in a combative/litigious position with the family, and asking for some special dispensations before disclosing privately what he said he would make public days ago.

But DOJ and Sessions could grant that to them if they desired. We'll see.

DOJ is critically understaffed due to democrats.
Please explain to me how the DOJ is understaffed due to the Democrats?

The Trump Administration is hundreds of appointments & nominations behind the last several administrations. There's been virtually no delay from getting nominees in front of the Senate, almost every hold-up has been due to the nominees withdrawing or refusing to provide info to the independent ethic's council for vetting. For instance, Trump announced that Heather Wilson would be his nominee for Sec of Air Force on Jan 23. Yet, the administration did not formally send the nomination to the Senate for confirmation until March 24 and it only took about 2 weeks for the senate vetting, committee approval and full vote to confirm her. Was it the Democrats who caused the two month delay?

There's a lot of positions (thousands) that do not need to be confirmed by the Senate that no one has even been nominated to fill the position. Did the Democrats cause Trump not to nominate someone for those positions as well?

Sarcasm. Pilt is one of yours.

Further to my previous point.

So far, Trump has submitted 94 Nominees to the Senate for confirmation.

At this same point in time, his predecessors record looked like this:

Obama - 219 nominees
G W Bush - 177 nominees
Bill Clinton - 201 nominees

I don't know if they can't find people willing to do the job, or what, but they are definitely dragging ass.

I thought the point from pilt is that liberals are only half as productive as conservatives.

OMG

So, the implication is that the director of trauma, at a holpital near where Rich was murdered, might have assisted in the cover up because his wife is a Hillary supporter.

Like he is going to put his career on the line, for a guy that no one even knew was the leaker, if Rich was even taken to that hospital.

What a load of horse shit.
