You are assuming the entire goal of rigging that election wasn't to get Brazil in bed with the Chinese. Based on the success of China over the last year, the lack of any countermeasures from the Biden Administration and the very real suspicions the Chinese own Biden, Chinese success is looking like a joint effort between the Chinese and Biden.
