  1. Ban Ranked-Choice Voting. (easily deserving of the #1 spot)
  2. Block “Zuck Bucks 2.0” and other private election funding schemes. (This has been needed for a while)
  3. Stop foreign influence in elections. (Not sure how you do this one, bit of pipe dream)
  4. Require transparency and robust post-election audits of election processes and procedures. (yes)
  5. Ban non-citizen voting in all elections. (this would help solve the illegal immigration problem)
  6. Consolidate election dates. (One day-one election for all is the only fair way to do it)
  7. Ensure that elected lawmakers write election laws. (Can we get the courts out of our election process, not going to happen soon)
  8. Require prompt and accurate election results. (Should be in place after the last fiasco)
  9. Maintain clean and accurate voter rolls. (Actually, this is already required)
  10. Protect the integrity of the voter registration process. (Also already required)
  11. Secure early and mail voting laws. (Just end them for the general public like it used to be)
  12. Protect vulnerable mail ballots. (see above, just get rid of this)
  13. Require Voter ID for every ballot. (not discriminatory as the left claims)
  14. Investigate and prosecute election crimes. (enforcement is definitely needed, should be higher on the list)

Love the list, I would add #15 - no out of state or foreign money for state elections

That's a good one, you might be able to limit PACs as well. Out-of-state money would only be usable for the presidential election. This would help reign in a lot of money until they figure out how to get around it. They might be able to set up an in-state PAC and then put money in it from out of state. When the PAC pays for something, it would then look like it is from in-state.

I'm not sure how you address this. The media has a First Amendment right and they can present that media however they see fit.

Fox News $700+ million
CNN Nick Sandmann undisclosed but let’s call it $100+ million

The First Amendment is a very malleable aspect of our government, especially entering new frontiers in technology with the Internet and social media, but it’s been pretty consistent on the lack of protection in libel and defamation.

Much like this rightwing nutjob essay on election ethics, there’s already checks and securities in place for most of this stuff. Can things improve? Yes. Is it affecting elections on any sort of notable scale? No. Does it happen only on the left side of the aisle? Hell no lol

This is one time Pedoboy has a point I agree with. The media has First Amendment protections but they are not absolute.
