Twin Cities Pride parade - not inclusive

Apparently the Twin Cities Pride parade has decided that it is okay to discriminate and exclude. The Twin Cities Pride parade decided they needed to issue a press release stating that police officers are not welcome in their parade because of the pain they cause in the community.

You can't make this stuff up!

If you want a real good laugh go to their Facebook page. The very first post is from someone who supports the police ban but is concerned that a Trump supporter will engage in a hate crime against him if police aren't there.

Now a Chicago Pride Parade has shown another way that Pride Parades have became a political arm for the resistance and decidedly NOT inclusive.

Three women were ejected from the Parade because they carried a flag of the Star of David that was rainbow colored. The Pride Parade organizers thought that was threatening to people who support Palestine.

Not surprised. Gays are just as bigoted (or accepting) as any other human on the planet. Even those who've experienced discrimination are not without flaw. Pride has become trendy. Looking in the mirror is not trendy and is often painful no matter what, where and who you are.
