When is Flynn's sentencing? I think that DOJ weighs in on sentencing once he's done squealing. He'll get a slap on the wrist if he sings. He's such a deceptive, narcissistic, pro-Trump, amoral liar that he'll sing like a canary. It's a character thing. That's what law enforcementhas going for it in this deal -- criminals are of low character and they don't sacrifice themselves for anything. Biff surrounded himself with criminals, and now he gets to watch their character go to work.
They literally include a legal fiction to try and make something out of what happened. The memo says that a Fisa warrant application is the "highest standard"? WTH? Probably cause is like... one of the lowest standards. I'm not a federal crim pro expert, but I'm pretty sure that probable cause is like the other end of the spectrum from "highest standard." Is there some FISA law that creates this "highest standard" in a FISA application?

Where's the rest of the applications and information? Are we wanting transparency or not?

Wouldn't you really only need to look at the first to see what was on that warrant? I've heard it tossed around that maybe they found something and added it to the other requests, but if the first never happened then the others wouldn't have happened. I really just wish they were more transparent. It would be nice to see who is actually telling the truth, that's really all I care about. I'm not a Trump supporter so if he is a one term guy or booted out mid-term, really won't matter to me. If true there are some very disturbing items in the memo, if transcripts would be released we'd know with more certainty what is legit and fiction. I wish there was an entity that would actually dig for the truth, not rumor or opinion.
