I've really enjoyed VDH youtube videos lately. It's refreshing to hear a historian with an excellent knowledge of American and Californian history sans leftist spin.

Anecdotal story of one I watched recently: VDH was in a grade/middle school in immigrant-heavy CA (think it was Central Valley?). He thought out loud "No way there are any Trump supporters here" and the teacher said "Why don't you ask them yourself?"

Turns out something like 45% of the mostly-latino students supported Trump (GEN Z baby!!!). Think it was 26/54 or something similar. MSM is garbage.
