Isreal has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the world. Only 1.5% even have a license to have one. You can only get 9ne if your life is in immediate danger.

In today's world of homeless drug addicts everywhere I never leave the house without being armed.

Yet, I have refrained from getting enraged and murdering someone and don't freak out that other sane people I interact with are similarly armed.
