Another negative piece

As a CPA and conservative you care A LOT about money. So, wake me when the state of Oklahoma or ANY conservative state reaches the wealth earned and gross domestic product produced in those God Awful Dem states and cities like NYC, LA, Seattle, Chicago, New Haven, San Fran, San Diego , Philly etc.

Hell California’s gross domestic product is greater than all but five countries in the whole world! Yep, total failures because Democrats run them! And then we have pitiful little Trumpland Oklahoma! 😂

With California’s population being 38 million or ten percent of this nation's population, you would think that wouldn’t be the case if it was so horrible living under a Democratic government. Same thing for New York. In the immortal words of Yogi Berra, “Nobody goes there anymore it’s too crowded!”

David, would you happen to be related to the former Democratic Governor of Oklahoma, David Hall? The one that was convicted of crimes and served time? At least must be a burden to have that name in Oklahoma, no wonder so bitter about Oklahoma. Sorry if you have to carry that burden, sincerely. No matter party affiliation who would want the name Richard Nixon, period.

For those too young....

Three days after leaving office in 1975, Hall was indicted on federal racketeering and extortion charges, in a conspiracy involving Hall and Oklahoma Secretary of State John Rogers willfully steering State of Oklahoma employee retiree funds to investment funds controlled by Dallas, Texas, businessman W. W. "Doc" Taylor. At Hall's trial, Rogers testified that he became an informant after Hall offered him a bribe. Hall was convicted of bribery and extortion,[1] and became the first Oklahoma Governor to be convicted of criminal acts committed during his tenure. After exhausting all appeals, he served 19 months of a three-year sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution, Safford. (John Ehrlichman, of Watergate fame, was also housed at the same time at Safford.)[2] Upon his release from prison in 1978, he was disbarred by the Oklahoma Bar Association, which effectively prevented him from practicing law in Oklahoma. Leaving the public spotlight, he moved to La Jolla, California, where he worked in real estate and other ventures.

We also tried another Dim governor, David Walters...

While in office he was accused of election violations in that he conspired to hide $18,000 dollars in campaign donations by attributing them to someone else. At the end of procedures, Governor Walters asked prosecutors what they wanted to end the rather lengthy process. An agreement was reached that the governor would plead guilty to a misdemeanor offense and pay a fine, in return for which his record would be expunged in twelve months. Though Walters claimed his innocence of the charges, he said it was in the best interest of the state and his family to accept the plea agreement. Twelve months later the charge was expunged from his record.[4][5] He did not run for re-election in 1994

Some Dim governors left a bad taste.

Remember what Obama said, you did not create that wealth.

You really are missing the boat if you believe how the US was colonized and why certain cities became early centers for commerce first was all due to political party.

The heartland of this country is the only place in this country right now that a family can survive on one spouse's salary and raise a family and own a home, no wonder Dims want socialism and BLM offers up destruction of the western civilized family unit as we know it and for the village to raise the child right on their website. No on can afford to live in over taxed Dim cities ran by over lords that say what is good for thee is not for me, and that goes for the wealth. Keep them down and barely surviving on the government teet. Let's not get them jobs and good housing, let's give them projects and government handouts while politicians get rich. Dim plan for decades.

If that is the game you want to play and go far back in time? How about the fact it was a Republican that stopped slavery? Guess that Dem party need to own systemic racism as well. LOL.

You do know people are fleeing the large Democratic cities right now?

I'm very close to black America. OKSTATE1 demonstrates a keen understanding of race relations in the United States.

Alpha Woke said, "That's retarded." My long ago M test asked of me this question designed to measure my ability to reason. Sarah said, "my two young daughters have absolutely nothing in common." Is Sarah lying? I'll bet Alpha Woke can answer this question correctly. I believe OKSTATE1 and Alpha Woke can define for me all seven components of critical thinking.

Literal sense yes, they both are her off-spring, they do have that in common.

Many times parents joke and say that however.

So dnhall is all in on 90% of AA’s believing anyone that even wears anything possibly considered conservative is a racist, to that point it costs you in recruits. That is what he believes. I thought judging people in this manner was considered racist? No, not content of one’s character but the T-Shirt they wear, or hat, or how you vote.

What a bunch of hateful bigoted BS.
I see that reading comprehension is still a challenge for you.

The correct answer is yes. Sarah is lying. In a class room of say 50, the largest group never answers the question. This group makes a declaration such as "the 2 daughters have the same mother."

Pity the poor soul who skips past the question with the plan to return. This student never returns because of the 60 minute time limit of the 60 question test. Pity the even poorer soul who determines Sarah is incapable of lying.

You and Alpha Woke rely heavily on the component analysis of the seven components of critical thinking. Your opponents? Assumption.

My test included this question. Where does a circle begin and where does it end? There are two answers. Maybe one day I'll fill you in unless someone wants to remind me of the answers.

Pegasus and acrophobia are unfriendly subjects for those with limited abilities to reason. iasooner1 knows this.

I’ll wager it will be a smaller percentage than 2016.

I love publicly documented bets for the whole world to see. I'll bite. You tell me how much? A Ben Franklin? More?

For the record, 2016, indeed as you previously stated, was 8%.

Better define what poll or polls, an average of several? They can find polls that will provide the political results they want. Verify then trust.

No relation to any politician past or present. As usual, you deflect from the FACTS presented to go on some tome about Nixon and two former Oklahoma Governors. Straying from the question at hand to attempt some personal attack which is typical of you but completely off base and as usual wrong. LOL

The challenge remains, name a conservative state and or city that approach the wealth created in Democratic run cities and states that I listed. You can’t because they don’t exist.

In terms of generating wealth, I would say the world considers them very successful something you infer is impossible under democratic politics.

Not a gross domestic product greater than all but five nations on Earth! Cali’s population isn’t that large compared to countries around the world!

You have failed several times to address the FACTS I have presented, a bunch of them. I am done asking, done wasting my time. Problem you have I have raised so many questions based on public facts you can not address them all. Too many inconsistencies in Dim behavior right now, too much hypocrisy. Stick to the mantra "Who can disagree with justice for all Americans" while cities suffer being burned down, looting, and murder. All Dim cities.

You go off and basically call us a bunch of dumb uneducated okies, so I took that in good spirit and figured you had decided to engage in some political sparring and I fired back, but like the panty waisted snowflake you are you make a BFD out of it. I thought we were just having just some friendly political sparring. I guess those Dem governors were great for Oklahoma, I am sure you did not appreciate that history lesson.

And yet, you FAIL to address the colonization of this country and how certain areas of this country early in its history became areas of commerce, they probably no longer teach that and just tell you Dims did it. Next history book a big problem for you, Obama said you do not build that.

You want to credit all of that to the Democratic party for GDP since the colonization of the country? Ok. Going to do that then the Republican party was the party that ended slavery, you get to own the Dem racist policies for good, look at all the racism in these Dim controlled cities, you all claim it is everywhere so it must be so. How did you build economies so big and so racist? Why you all so racist? WTF is your problem? All this social justice stuff? Maybe I finally get your white guilt, sorry if your previous racism towards blacks has come home to roost mentally for you, you obviously deserve this. Instead of burning the country down? Go see a psychologist and consider confession as a better alternative.

You fail to address that Dim cities are not affordable to live in for the average worker and home ownership is out of the question, not the case in Oklahoma. You won't touch that. Or the gentrification going on in Dim cities for decades. You have made these cities so expensive to live in you are screwed. All those poor libs with worthless degrees, $250K in student loan debt, and living in mom's basement. Great woke life! Need the government to take care of me and give me handouts, save me Dims!

And how about liberals that get rich on super expensive lib degrees that have zero prospect of getting a job and paying back the loan? They are getting rich selling a fat lie. Better to be woke and broke than be "uneducated". But hey, we some educated woke and broke MF's.

Surely you are not that naive on all of this?

You fail to address the huge problems Dim cities have, the real question is what would their GDP look like under Republicans? Better yet, would you have the systemic AA poverty and crime? Dims are happy with the status quo of decades of failed policies for the AA community. We can see from Trump nationally how GDP looks under someone that has a clue on the economy and trade. All time low AA unemployment, all time low unemployment across the board despite the Dim media and half the country trying to make him a failure. Would a Republican mayor clean up all these cities? No doubt. NYC had to get a Republican mayor the last time to clean up all the murder going on, that is what it will take again. Hopefully that happens before those 160 CEO's that wrote mayor worthless to make NYC safe again , move their companies somewhere that is safe to walk the streets.

Alpha Woke and OKSTATE1 have clearly demonstrated they can define math's simplest equation.

Lawton city council thanks Sacramento to this day for sending them the biggest Goodyear tire plant in the world in 1978. 60% of Los Angeles porn industry has moved to Las Vegas. Sony Pictures moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Buck Knives moved to Idaho. Charles Schwab, founded in San Fran, should complete their move to Texas by the end of 2020. San Fran is to expensive and dangerous for Schwab employees. Toyota North America headquarters moved from Torrence to Plano, Texas.

California consistently ranks #50 on SMU's School of Business business friendly list. "Brilliant" one party management is turning Kalifornia into Tom Cruise and the homeless. The middle class is being destroyed or run out of state.

Alpha Woke and OKSTATE1 gets it. This is not hard. This is not classical mechanics.

I’ll state I’m wrong if you’ll do the same. Wouldn’t want you to fall out of grace with your church or me with mine.

What? I'm not wrong. I'm willing to take your bet to prove it. And I don't prescribe to the notion that wagering is a sin. Everybody bets with their feet and pocketbook every single day and in a plethora of ways. Churches are betting big time when they take down a bond issuance to build a new building :)

And yet, they still have the largest domestic product and will have despite some defections. It’s that successful. This is not hard to see or prove unless you wish to ignore reality.

It will take decades of business and people fleeing as you point out to make a dent in that domestic product reality because they add businesses as much as they lose them and that’s part of the equation you ignore. where people are business will follow don’t you agree?

Well, you will never agree because Conservatives believe they are ALWAYS right despite evidence to the contrary but that doesn’t change the fun in arguing this nonsense!

Funny how the only last go to you have now is GDP, and it took a LONG time to get there. Deflect and deflect. You have to go to the highest possible level to win an argument because in the granular details you get slaughtered. Lack the breadth and depth to even discuss the issues at a granular detail, especially the social issues in Dim cities. Spout evidence with very little evidence.

You choose your measurement tool, and wholly ignore all the other issues. HUGE social issues within those states and you do not address ANY of them. Zilch, zero, nada. No matter what the GDP is, horribly mismanaged GDP. The most racist GDP ever produced with no ability for AA's to be able to thrive in those economies that Dims built. No way for a average worked to be able to afford to live and own home in those cities. Most taxed GDP with the worst social outcomes. And you yack faux racist outrage not being able to talk in a granular matter on these issues. Congrats, great job!!!

Having joined the VC business at the beginning of the PC revolution in Palo
Alto in the early 80's, it is easy to trace California's tech industry, which is 90% of the growth. All VC firms just happened to start there, partly because of HP and Stanford (the two are tied), but mostly because of oceans, moderate climate, gazillion foot tall pine and redwood trees and easy ingress and egress and trading routes with China. That had NOTHING to do with politics or planning or good government other than Ronald Reagan (both as Governor and President) lowering the top marginal rate and the capital gains rate. It was nothing more and nothing less than serendipity. Same with Hollywood. Without that, they would be considered a third world country. Under Carter in 1977, top marginal tax rate was >70% and Cap Gains were taxed the same. In that year the VC industry didn't show up in rounding error (less than $50 million total). By 1981, Cap gains were taxed at 20% and one address alone (3000 Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto) blossomed to $2 billion and by 1985 it exceeded $10 billion. And that was DIRECTLY related to the tax changes by Reagan. All Californians, lib and dem, only have the Gipper to thank.

Why did it turn blue if conservative policies are the be all end all? Reagan’s deficit creation and spending? Like Trump’s deficit spending etc.?

Arnold’s continuance of deficit spending and failure to fund education?

Why did it turn blue if everybody should kiss Reagan’s butt? What about deficit spending and inflation because of it? Isn’t the inflation due to those policies the biggest driver of their Uber expensive cost of living that was what Reagan introduced California and America to?

The ONLY time Republicans are concerned with deficits is when Dems control the White House. Then, when they take over all of the sudden deficits are no big deal just fire up the printers and print some more money. President Buffoon, Mnuchen, and Moscow Mitch McConnell have doubled down on that policy.
