Trump redesigning Airforce One...

Trump says the new AF1 will be Red , White and Blue, really stand out...........maybe someone should tell him that the current color scheme was designed for low visibility, make it harder to spot during flight........don't really think we want our Government officials flying around in something that looks like a bulls eye.....on second thought.......

All this needs is some back up info and you me and toon town can laugh and point at these hucksters.

Usually I just skim threads once the usually suspects start slap fighting.

Don’t jam your extended pinky on your “kiss me I’m jewish” coffee mug sitting on your desk while you are mousing around the threads.

How do even know what his job was in the Air Force? He could have been a chaplain or a paper pusher. Let’s see him back up his statement with facts and make fools out of these other yahoos.
Just for the record, I spent 21 years in the USAF ........for 15 years I worked Avionic systems on F-111 both at Cannon AFB in Clovis NM (F-111D, F-111F and EF-111A) and RAF Upper Heyford, England (F-111E and F-111E /Amp) and then 3 years Avionics on F-15E at RAF Lakenheath , England,......I worked all avionic systems but my expertise was in Radar Jamming and threat detection....then I worked for NATO as a threat / operational Analyst my last 3 years, my last year running the Threat Analysis section......
Air Force One has numerous ways to lessen its signature visibly, electronically and thermally .........nothing is fool proof, and that is why anything that can add to the protection is utilized and paint scheme is something that is very simple and just enhances the capability, not a lot, but everything together helps

Ad hominem!!!!! Ad hominem!!!!!! Ad hominem!!!!!!

He posted on a message board. I can post a lot of things and people could believe it, but posting "toon moved out of his parents' house" would not be one of them.

I still stand by the thought process that paint is the LAST line of detection worth investing in to for the AF1. We better outfit it with the best of everything else before you go thumping your chest about you not knowing wtf you're talking about in regards to some damn dutch boy paint on the plane. Shouldn't you still be a recruiting analyst for OSU or something?

So the paint scheme was specifically made for threat evasion and this Kennedy crap is bs?

I think to anyone who has ever worked in a combat environment or around military aircraft this is all just common sense,.......it doesn't even have to be argued, paint schemes are just the very most basic common sense measure that can be taken to enhance protection and Air Force One is the most important aircraft in the world from a protection standpoint

curious to know when you left...those dinosaurs your were working on are no longer around.....and haven't been in long time...like 20 years. aviation, especially avionics, but every electronic system on any aircraft has changed dramatically. airframes and engines have improved but not nearly at the pace of electronics. There is no comparison to what you were doing then to what goes on now. While we all appreciate your service, it doesn't necessarily qualify you as an expert in the field of whatever it is we're talking about...paint schemes is it? 50 years ago we were tracking things the size of a beer can circling the earth at altitudes of 1,200 miles...we couldn't see the paint scheme. Everything is trackable.
this is just a taste of why paint design on that 757 is meaningless...there is a company right at will rogers who does this same stuff with 757's and smaller.

F-111s have been out of commission for a while, that is why I transferred to the F-15E, which aside form the F-22 and F-35 is the most advanced aircraft we have avionics wise.....just for the record, despite when it was built, the US still does not have an aircraft with the capabilities of the F-111s.............as far as Avionics and threat detection I still keep up with the advances......but.......there are certain core things that just will not change........they may get faster and more accurate, but the basic theories do not change........we would completely reload our avionic suites every six months, that doesn't change, what changes is how you do it

He posted #facts...I know I know...out of your league lol
How do I know he posted #facts? You claimed to be a player performance specialist and that was a complete crock of shit. How do I know he's not full of shit? His position on AF1 paint color has been thoroughly destroyed by several posters. His new posts are nothing but "trust me, I have nothing to back my claims up, but I know."

If he was the expert he claims to be on the subject, we wouldn't need you dribbling your little turds around the room trying to convince us he's right. Weird how that works. See anyone feeling the need to back JD's play when he breaks knowledge off in someone's ass? I rest my case.

Lol can’t handle the #facts, resorts to whining and deflection haha.

This board is too easy

No offense, but paint schemes / colors are so basic in defense that it does not need to be debated, it is THE most basic thing done for ANYTHING that that could be threatened.....it is so common sense that I feel like I am having to explain things to a bunch of 5 year olds

trust me, it''s not the same F15 as the ones 20 years ago. Just look at your car today vs 20 years ago. They've upgraded the F15 many times...and it's success is not because of avionics but airframe and engines.

The paint scheme helps hide all of Trump's trips to Russia by painting the top white so he cannot be seen when flying over the Arctic circle.

So what about AF1's paint makes it so special in terms of visual camouflage and why isn't it common on military aircraft? Who designed the paint scheme for AF1? Who picked the colors? Has the concept of visual camouflage stayed the exact same during all the years AF1 has had its paint scheme?

Please explain that stuff to us 5 year olds. None of us have access to the top secret stuff regarding AF1's colors.

He has yet to present a single #fact. You're just snorting his butt air through a straw. You have no idea what's happening around you.

No shit Sherlock lol...knew that. My grandfather built f-15s at the McDonnell Douglas plant in Tulsa.

Your deflective dimissmals are telling...you’re squirming and irritated you aren’t #winning...again lol. You can’t handle not being the voice of reason and authority - it kills you inside and it’s quite an enjoyable watch haha.

Geezus dude. Adulting is obviously tough for you. Let the expert answer the simple questions that have been asked. He should be capable of answering them with some #facts. No need for you to continue to piss yourself at this point.

You’re obviously incapable of absorbing the #facts, Medic. You don’t want to believe them because they don’t line up with your worldview.

There’s a term for that...

Cognitive dissonance
