I would tap the brakes on either "side" of this right now as far as taking a victory lap. There are several ways to read the judge's comments - some of which were damningly directed at Flynn and then walked back somewhat and some of which seemed to be actively encouraging Flynn to reconsider his plea because the judge has questions about the case. This whole thing can till be spun 180 degrees depending on who's telling the story.
That said, I find the 90 review/indefinite delay after this much time very interesting.

Hell it's from every angle. Every. Single. Angle. The whores? Illegal payments. The inauguration? Lied, and now it looks like a conduit for foreign money to roll in. The foundation? Remember when he was gonna donate $1mm to a veteran cause and didn't until he got called out? Trump U. It never stops. Like he'd turn down Russian money if it was available. Riiiight.

Just a guess here, but that's partly because sanctimonious hypocrites tell us how outraged we should be without much regard to the corruption in their own house. Whores? Nobody cares. How can you even type the word "foundation" with a straight face? It's all boy who cried wolf white noise at this point until you have something impeachable that'll pass the Senate.
