There was no plan in place to retrieve or even to destroy the equipment before it fell into the enemy’s hands. He then just released 6 billion dollars in exchange for a prisoner swap. Over 80 billion dollars is now in the hands of Iran to supply Hamas to attack Israel. He is the worst President we’ve ever had, and that says a lot considering that Obama is probably telling him what to do anyway
