I don't disagree that Biden didn't publicly campaign as much as recent past presidential candidates in 2020. There was of course a reason for this. We were in the midst of a global pandemic. Have you forgotten?

But we are talking about the 2022 midterm elections. And Biden campaign plenty during that cycle. He clearly was not sitting in a basement somewhere.
