I wonder how many of those US Attorneys were Bush appointees. Surely Obama didn't get rid of all of the Bush US Attorneys, because independent minded prosecutors and all.
I don't care for it.
I also realize that it is far from unprecedented. US Atty postings are notoriously political.

Janet Reno fired 93 out of 94 when she took over in 1993. Replacing them all quickly has become customary since then. The outrage from the left is hilarious, just as it was from the right when Holder replaced them all. Here's Holder's quote regarding replacing them (@syskatine):
