He’s real. I’ve seen him doing bicycle tricks in traffic more than once but it’s been awhile.
I've seen him several times too. Usually around 91st and Harvard to 91st and Delaware.
Did they ever complete the repair of the downtown Tulsa highway bridge and reopen the route to SS and the sand pond ?
