The OIG report? I seem to recall promises of finally exposing the corruption of the deep state, indictments for several individuals was guranteed, that people would finally see the light. What we got was a lot of rehash and an opinion that the one offs aren't systematic, etc...
Can you maybe educate me on what the OIG report actually exposed?

Separating kids from their parents is not ok. It’s immoral, unjust and cruel. It needs to stop.

It's been America's M.O. for several years now.
Separating children from their parents is cruel and UnAmerican.
This is not comparable to incarceration for actual commission of crimes, or deployment for military service, or termination of parental rights for abuse. Those all have decent rationale and also are not done in a manner that seems intended to make reunification as hard as possible (often putting a relative at risk of deportation simply to care for their child or family member who is young, afraid, and alone).
If cruelty were not the point, then why are young siblings separated from each other so that not only are they traumatized by the separation from their parents, but that they are isolated from all people they know?
This is evil. Plain and simple. Hope it ends quickly.
