I bought another AR 15 yesterday

Clinton, below is a list of reasons for denial through the NICS. What do you think of the list?

  • A person who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year or any state offense classified by the state as a misdemeanor and is punishable by a term of imprisonment of more than two years.
  • Persons who are fugitives of justice—for example, the subject of an active felony or misdemeanor warrant.
  • An unlawful user and/or an addict of any controlled substance; for example, a person convicted for the use or possession of a controlled substance within the past year; or a person with multiple arrests for the use or possession of a controlled substance within the past five years with the most recent arrest occurring within the past year; or a person found through a drug test to use a controlled substance unlawfully, provided the test was administered within the past year.
  • A person adjudicated mental defective or involuntarily committed to a mental institution or incompetent to handle own affairs, including dispositions to criminal charges of found not guilty by reason of insanity or found incompetent to stand trial.
  • A person who, being an alien, is illegally or unlawfully in the United States.
  • A person who, being an alien except as provided in subsection (y) (2), has been admitted to the United States under a non-immigrant visa.
  • A person dishonorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces.
  • A person who has renounced his/her United States citizenship.
  • The subject of a protective order issued after a hearing in which the respondent had notice that restrains them from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such partner. This does not include ex parte orders.
  • A person convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime which includes the use or attempted use of physical force or threatened use of a deadly weapon and the defendant was the spouse, former spouse, parent, guardian of the victim, by a person with whom the victim shares a child in common, by a person who is cohabiting with or has cohabited in the past with the victim as a spouse, parent, guardian or similar situation to a spouse, parent or guardian of the victim.
  • A person who is under indictment or information for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

Maybe we shouldn't be giving vets guns until they've successfully passed PTSD protocols upon coming back? There is a very rate of suicide there, ya know...And that shitbag, while I'm happy he's dead, could've been exercising what he felt were his 2nd amendment rights to armed overthrow of a tyrannical government.

You won't ever see me get violent with a cop, but it doesn't mean I've never wanted to either. Many have overstepped their boundaries in this country, and it's a big problem and a main reason why stuff like BLM even exists.

You know it too.
So, the answer appears to be no. So despite all of the useless flapping of your grubby dick beaters on your keyboard, you have NO
idea if more betterer gun laws would have done shit in this case.

Here is the list of the most important problems facing the U.S. in 2015 (issues averaging 2 percent or higher), as identified by Gallup:

NP, that list doesn't satisfy me because many of them can still buy a gun at gun show and won't be checked and the sale won't be tracked.

So there...fix that loophole NOW.

I'm not the only American who believes this...MANY do. And you conveniently omitted the high rate of suicide.
Many Americans think gay people shouldn't get married. So what?

And, what about the high rate of suicide?

Is there a list of murders by people using guns purchased at a gun show? I assume it's happened. What about mass-murders? What is the relative percentage of gun violence caused by people using guns purchased at gun shows to total gun violence?

Well, if you had, you would know the vast majority of sellers at gun shows are federally licensed dealers who do background checks. The gun show loophole in reality refers to private owners horse-trading between themselves while at a gun show.

The GSLH is a myth.

The actual purpose of the myth is simple psychological manipulation. The purpose of "fixing" the "loophole" is so that any private transfer of guns from one person to another - including gifts and personal estates of deceased owners are regulated by the federal government and felony crimes if they aren't.

So you're telling me that the unlicensed sellers at shows aren't selling their guns? Cuz they are, and fast

Goodness. It's clear that parroting false information enough leads folks to believe false information as the truth. No wonder the Dickless in Chief rushes to the podium to "GUN CONTROL" after a statistically miniscule cause of gun homicide in this country. He knows his sycophants eat that crap up.

Take a look at this interesting endeavor, rookie.

Loopholes are one thing, the current background check system doesn't even have all the people in it that it should (3rd time saying it in this thread alone). Stop expansion and fix what is broken first.

If your alternator is out, do you add 3 more?

Mega, you aren't comprehending. Loophole must be said while shaking your fist at the air in front of you. That brings in the ominousness and clearly shows how important it is to close these loopholes (fist shaking) right MEOW!
