Anyone go or see results? Looked like Lockett dominated and Routledge win a close final vs the Stillwater kid.

Lot closer than I expected. Ed north wrestle all starters?

It was a tough and good tournament this year. Some teams didn't quite make it due to the weather but still a tough tournament overall.

Ed North is still stacked. Routledge wrestled with ease, their 38 transfer from Colorado is really tough. He pinned one of my wrestlers in the finals. We argued the call but I know you can't argue a review of a fall, but we needed clarification on why locked hands wasn't called during his pinning combination.

Tuttle showed up well as always. Hickman wrestled really well, IMO.

Had some out of state teams, not to many though. Garden City Kansas had a good showing. As well as Randall TX.

Tournament ran smooth despite the weather conditions.

The 120 from Canyon Randall (TX), Mikey Ruiz, looked REALLY good… He teched Goodin from EN, and while Goodin is coming back from injury, he is still a state champ (who bonused his way through the 6A 106 bracket last year).

Randall and Garden City had some really good kids. If our 215 would have wrestled we believe we would have finished top 4. But that’s just our opinion.

Miller and the kids from Edmond north at 44 was IMO the second best match of the day. The best match was literally the last match. The challenge for 2nd at 32 (I think was the weight) kid from Del city beat Randle, was down like 16-5 with a minute left and came back to win 23-21 by hitting g a standing flying squirrel. Was a great example of never stop wrestling.
