I'd ask if there was any evidence that the RNC slighted Cruz. Without evidence, its a conspiracy theory. In the DNC case, there is actual evidence of the fact so it beyond just a conspiracy theory. Now, I think you are right and that Hillary would have won the primary regardless, but its pretty clear the DNC ran significant interference for Hillary and obstructed Bernie when the opportunities arose.
