In 2010 and 2014 the people thought they were electing people who cared about finding solutions. Besides Eric Cantor, none of the Leadership was disposed and the leadership which remained had no real desire to find solutions notwithstanding their campaign rhetoric as evidenced by approving almost everything Obama has wanted. The old axiom "change must come from the top" is in play this go round, hence the disdain being shown towards the majority of the establishment politicians. It into this vacuum that a Trump can flourish. Those who rallied the people in 2010 and 2014 only to toss them aside following the elections should bear the blame. As I've said before it's professional politicians who have presided over the mess this country is in. A non-politician can't do anything worse. The people elected the Congress. If they want solutions they should elect representatives that care about solutions, not rhetoric, which was the point of my previous post. From what I've seen and I've watched all of the debates, Trump has provided the least detail as to his solutions to the big issues while pumping the most rhetoric, hence my dislike for him.
