Super PACs should be banned, private donations to politicians and campaigns should be banned, and a clean public financing system should be implemented to end the takeover of our government by corporations and billionaires.

I think it unlikely, but possible, that Flynn didn't talk to the Russians about sanctions and lied to Pence about something else. I also think it is unlikely, but possible that Pence knew exactly what Flynn was doing. I could speculate about other possibilities, but it's really worthless secondary speculation once I speculate on what I believe the most likely scenario is.
