Things that admin's and congress can do is don't put up unnecessary roadblocks via regulation and political agendas, don't inhibit the flow of capital, and give companies and decision makers the ability to see whats coming. Economies like consistency.

I've been locking swords with cup for years. Remember when the waterboarding conversation for the gitmo scum was going on (I'm totally for by the way) & cup said that it should be illegal. He said that we executed japanese soldiers for such offenses after WWII. Laughable, dumb & fantasy.....we didn't even execute japanese soldiers who murdered unarmed prisoners & civilians, but we did for waterboarding....geez! He had no proof other than some story one of the dolts on CBS (I think) ran.

Dumb parents, liberal schools & utterly biased press are the biggest reasons in the universe that kids should be taught independent research & analytical thinking in school.
