No idea what the statute of limitations is on the personal stuff but to the extent possible everyone of these tick turds should be persecuted.

This group is a basic microcosm of most every government agency. Gross incompetence, theft, fraud, total abrogation of responsibility and abuse of taxpayer funds. My soul would burst if I was around these types of losers.
