So? Is there an obligation for POTUS to stop arabs from killing arabs in the middle east?
No, but I've known people killed by guns -- recently a little boy, in an accident. It was totally unnecessary. Again, I can point to you many, many people that have been killed by guns. You can't point to even a respectable fraction of that number of people that have been saved by using an assault rifle. You can conjure shit up, because that's what your entire argument is based on, but no real numbers. I can point to thousands and thousands of people unnecessarily killed by guns. You can't do the same for people "saved" by guns.
I can give you a few instances of people close to me that have been protected by their guns.
1. Dated a girl in college. Her mom did IT work for a lot of small, rural banks. On night while driving in rural Oklahoma a truck came up tailgating her and basically tried to run her off the road. She kept trying to get away but couldn't. She reached into her console and pulled out her hand gun and simply held it out the window. The truck hit the brakes and she drive away.

Uh huh. I call bullshit. Unless you are talking about thousands and thousands of people killed by gang violence. In that case, the guns are not the problem. The people pulling the trigger in the name of the gang culture are the problem.

1. I recently posted the painfully obvious statistics of Europe vs. U.S. They have been posted a dozen times through the years. and you grasp at straws. Someone even tried to explain it away by pointing out that burglary stats were higher in the UK, as I recall. Don't give me a statistic on one town, or one random area. Its like declaring one area of a swimming pool chlorine-free. I provide huge swaths of data. Don't come at me with piss-ant stuff from a ghetto.
The Europe vs. US gun and homicide stats are a conclusive game ender. That constitutes mountains of data, over a long time. Other than Canada. there are no countries closer to us culturally or politically than western europe.

You're not so much a "liar" as you lack the abstract thinking skills to identify a lie. When dealing with some adversaries, it's best to just let them think on their own.

I would restrict semi-auto guns, beef up background checks\licensure and probably allow strict liability for whoever gives a nut a gun that is used to kill people.
