This case is extremely disturbing. Not just bc of what he did, whatever, he’s a loser. The fact so many politicians and news outlets ran w this as fact is what’s terrifying. They wonder why we don’t trust them, it’s bc they are FOS. 95% of MSM is about creating clicks and that is it. They claim they are out for the “truth” and the voice for the people, but more and more of these instances are happening. The catholic kids deal was just days before this broke, and they still can’t stop themselves. I just don’t know, it’s scary.

There's no doubt about that being a fact. I don't think Smollett is very high up on the criminal mastermind food chain though. He doesn't strike me as the type who thinks about his crimes outside the emotional rush. You gotta plan for the fact that an actual criminal investigation is going to take place. I don't think he got past the excitement of having the "I'm the victim of an egregious crime" spotlight.
