I want to know what industries were spewing stuff into the atmosphere to cause the glaciers to melt exposing the Great Lakes. Must have been Dodge with all their Al Bundy million mile cars.
It is amazing that the earth's climate had never experienced any change during the 4.5 billion year history of the planet until humans figured out how to use fossil fuel for energy, and then the super static climate went to shit.

So fossel fuels have been in common use for 150 years or so and that is enough to alter the weather ecosystem of a planet that's been around over 3 billion years.

I don't know why that's so difficult to believe. The historical record clearly shows that the climate had always been static before humans started burning fossil fuels.

Don't you know, it was all the farts coming from Noah's Ark which caused the waters to evaporate and land to be exposed.
 
I was wondering how National Geographic figured out how to drain oceans in certain spots to find and recover all those lost vessels
