No offense but I would think the FBI discusses charging individuals all the time and the DOJ steps in and makes the final decision one way or the other.......especially when dealing with a cabinet member, it would take a lot for one to be charged, absolutely iron clad proof

I would love to have seen hillary accidentally ordering her offsite server set up. Did the purchase order glitch or get the wrong address? Or did she accidentally send top secret emails? Intent shouldn’t even be on the table. That word was used to give the media and the npc’s a data file.
