I don't have a problem with legalizing and taxing the hell out of MJ but I do want the outlets regulated in the number and locations. I don't think having a MJ outlet on every corner is a good idea.

I used to be a ‘tax the hell out of it’ guy until I realized that really expensive stuff not only keeps the cartels in business, it might even grow their business.

Some stores already have the tax factored in to their prices, you want $40 worth you give them $40. Some do collect tax.

The problem here is not that I would be against letting you get as high as a kite, but that no one has lived up to the promise of Medical Marijuana. From the start it was never medical, and it has been a highly corrupt industry with ties to China. I'm done with the industry's crap. Either do Medical correctly or get the F out of the state and go F up Colorado.

Nothing China is growing is staying here. Blame the feds. They stop giving out permits to grow and shops. It slowed everything way down. I have already seen 2 grow ops shut down that I drive by every day. Make it federally legal and there is no need for black market in USA. Straight from law enforcements mouth this is what they want.

Back when I worked construction plenty of guys would drink a 30 pack a night and bounce up the next day and roof a house in the heat or anything else we were doing the next day. These were not young guys either, men in their 40's and 50's. 12 beers a night was all I could handle. I really don't know how they could drink 30 a night and get up at 7am and function on the job but they did. A few likely had a little help from MJ I am guessing.
