Allergies prevent me from "enjoying" trees blooming but they sure look purty. Antihistamines in near overdose quantities (nearly anticholinergic syndrome levels) will ensure that I survive yet another Oklahoma spring.

Yes. about 20 years ago we went thru several weeks of 90 degree highs in February. There were several forrest fires in Green Country because of the heat and drought at the time. I specifically remember eyeing fires all thru the hills traveling not the turnpike long the interstate between OKC and Tulsa.
