Can’t wait for an entire team to come out and kneel again.
They will because they aren't paying the fine.. the team is, so the NFL didn't really do anything to deter the individual players from protesting.

Can’t wait for an entire team to come out and kneel again.

And not one thing will be done to them by the government as covered by their First Amendment rights. However they will face fines through the private entities that they work for. That’s how this shit works

I knew you'd love the decision. Nothing makes a progressive more happy than a large central authority telling everyone how to conduct themselves regarding "social issues" or face the consequences. Will we be calling those who still refuse to stand anthemophobic?

“You have to stand proudly for the national anthem or you shouldn't be playing, you shouldn't be there. Maybe you shouldn't be in the country."

Dictatorial tendencies and this man lol

conformity - aka employee rule book.
syskatine is applauding the League's decision. Progressives like him love thick, onerous rule books that dictate everything a person can think, say, or do. I wouldn't be surprised if syskatine supported throwing those who don't stand for the anthem in jail for it.

Which side of his alleged hypocrisy is right?

People all over America are allowed to use their place of employment as a platform for their political views without consequence.

Oh, wait.
If they want to buy their own air time and kneel while the National Anthem is playing, go for it. They don't do anything more, that I've seen, than kneeling while on the clock.

I dunno, but he's clearly standing against anthemphobia, right? Is anthemphobia something we file under general bigotry? I'm new to this.

Anthemphobia, good one. Got eem, as they say.
Is there already an existing *.phobia, *.ist, or *.ism I should be using? I'm not wanting to steal anyone's thunder. There are so many to learn these days.

No you originated anthemphobia as far as I can tell. You should run with it. You'll be owning the libs so hard.
Owning the libs so hard? By pointing out anthemphobia? How exactly does that work? Owning another human is illegal as far as I know.

Solid point. You are definitely on to something with the anthemphobia thing though.

That's cool to know. Thanks. This social justice thing seems to be overwhelming at first blush, but hopefully I'm catching on.

I do have another to run by you if you don't mind. Gunownerophobia. Is that one already a thing? Or maybe should I call it SecondAmendmentophobia?

I think you should stretch it as far as you can. Maybe Gunownerandsecondamendmentphobia.

Hmmm. Interesting, but very lurid concept you have there. Let me roll that one off the tongue for a bit.
