How is it unfair? The House is based on population. The Senate is equal for each state.

The framers set it up correctly. Tejas & Alaska are as big as 250 Delawares or more
I think it should be set up by geography. Osage County OK gets as much representation as the entire state of Rhode Island. That's just as arbitrary as basing it on population.
The Senate represents the States. There are 50 states. Each state has two senators. The House covers the population of the states.
Or admit DC Guam and Puerto Rico. Split California into multiple states and give each NYC burough statehood
