For sure, agreed. For guns it’s a super hot button issue but in reality we have issues that are solvable on the gun front that don’t involve confiscation especially when it comes to our schools.
The laws on the books should be enforced, metal detectors should be implemented in schools, increase in resource officers that aren’t scared of acting to save lives. No one talks about these kinds of plans and we end up going to the extremes in debates, sad.
How about we start with even simplier school protection steps. You know like locking the doors and restricting who comes in and out? Dems want common sense gun laws...how about some simple common sense.

I think Castro helped himself tonight and could be a VP candidate for someone. I would say I more casually watched tonight but will be more concentrated tomorrow. I’m curious how Biden is treated by the other candidates and how he responds to the pressure. Trump loved the debates and was center of attention both good and bad. Biden could face that same type of environment so will see if he rises to the occasion. If he can’t handle Sanders, Harris, Mayor Pete, or Kirsten then he’s going to get rocked by Trump.
