I completely agree with the article. If Dems are going to pursue what they are pursuing with lawfare, then they can't complain when it is done to them. The only way you will get them to stop is to do unto them what they are doing to you.

Remember Democrats want only power, and there is no real moral authority on their side. It's the only way to get people to do what they want them do.
If this rule has been relaxed for the GOP in these states in the past, it has to be relaxed for the Dems also. As far as trying to keep Trump off the ballot, there was a legitimate question regarding the 14th amendment that needed to be decided. It was decided by the SCOTUS and now we can move on......
It was an innane question born of political desperation (keeping MAGA off the ballot) that the Supreme Court decided by a vote of 9-0. Now we can move on.

You can kiss the rules of the past goodbye. That left station 10 years ago. We are in uncharted waters, and you are going to need to adapt to the new normal. Impeachment are good, lawfare is acceptable, government used to attack your opponents and lie your ass off, the truth doesn't mean anything anymore only the first story. You have no one else to blame for these rule changes than the democrats. Robert's rules of order no longer apply.
