Man, I had a real bad feeling when spark plug couldn’t ride Vrob in the 2nd that if sprat didn’t get it done before OT2 we were toast.
Spratley needed to get a takedown before ride outs. He could not ride that kid at all and he doesn't get quick escapes. Bad day so far. Penn. St. wins and we lose so far.Sprat would have probably held him down longer had he just cut him.
Ayala wrestling from one knee is stalling
The haters can mute it and gripe about people on their lawns. DC is the manDC is absolutely wild on mic, I know he rubs some folks the wrong but I love that he's just having fun.
semifinal takedown was rat poison for spratley
he was holding center but not forcing stall calls with lack of attacks.
should gone last minute of OT like he went last 30 of hideout
Should’ve gone the last 30 seconds of regulation AND the last minute of Sudden Victory the way he did the final 30, IMO.Robinson scored two takedowns in the dual countering Troy’s shots, I’m sure that made him hesitant to pull the trigger.
Agreed. Robinson's counters are lightning fast. Troy needs to figure out how to ride him for their next meeting.Robinson scored two takedowns in the dual countering Troy’s shots, I’m sure that made him hesitant to pull the trigger.

No idea how they reversed the Henson TD. What did I miss?
He'll have to push the action next time then.troy aint riding him
gonna have to win with gas tank
Agreed 100%. Henson got screwedHenson deserved to win that match. Lovett literally stalled for 7 minutes. How does he not get hit with multiple stall calls? The no takedown call was B.S.

I think they lose Caleb Smith and Ridge Lovett?Wonder how many are coming back next year for Huskers
They just lose Smith and Lovett (and Bubba Wilson who lost his spot to Minto).Wonder how many are coming back next year for Huskers
Lack of calling stalling is by far the biggest (on the mat) issue college wrestling has. It's made even worse by how bad it can be exploited due to 3 pt take downs giving a bigger cushion, it's especially noticeable in tight 1 takedown matches. Dudes can just flee for the last minute+...NCAA needs to figure out the stalling or the sport will die in colleges.
I wanna know if there’s something physiologically different with MM that lets him keep that pace up all 7 minutes like that. Someone needs to study his lungs and blood cells.
