We were led to believe that our team was a favorite to win the conference and a spot in the playoffs. We were led to believe we had the deepest and most experienced offensive line. Some magazines said our oline was among the top 10 in the nation. We were believing that Ollie was going to be the best running back in the country again. Our defense was supposed to be much better. None of these have proven to be true. In fact, our offensive and defensive lines are much worse. Unless things dramatically change, this team is headed for a losing season for the first time since 2005. I hope that doesn’t happen, but if it does, changes in the staff must be made. We’re paying elite salaries. There are many teams that would probably beat us with fewer resources and less spent on coaches salaries.

Our vaunted Offensive Line can't block anybody an our QB can't run more than 5 steps .

I don’t get on here much so if this was already discussed then I’m sorry but it’s time to go to Flores! The season goals are at this point essentially over. Watching him quick change to Rangel last week and then not change to Flores this week makes no sense! I love Mike but he’s old, stale and too comfortable! I’m tired of his excuses!
