fire the entire def staff except joe bob. move jb back to def lineman or move him to def co-or. take all your defensive "consultants/analysts and make them your def staff. at this point i don't think we could be any worse on def. hell, me and robert allen could run the def and we would not be any worse than yesterday.

same thing with offensive staff. running up the centers ass over and over on first and second down for minimal gain? scripting the first 20-25 plays regardless of down and distance? and getting paid $7M per year? you get away with that s%it while your are winning, loosing 3 in a row, that s%it won't fly.
