Bullcrap! I had full coverage with a lot less deductable than before this shit sandwich of a bill was passed. Premiums have doubled. I have to beg my Doctor for a referral to a specialist because she is terrified of getting on the insurance companies shit list.

This bill was written by big insurance and big phama but libs are so stupid they actually believe it is helping people.

The deductibles have gotten so bad people aren't seeking treatment because they can't afford them. Medical costs have certainly not gone down. but to a lib if the rate of medical inflation is reduced by a little then that is a reduction. Emergency room costs have gone up not down. People were promised they could keep their doctors, LIE, people were told there premiums would go down, LIE. People were told medical costs would go down, LIE.

The funny thing is all the crap that President Obama illegally delayed is soon to hit the fan, wait til companies with 50+ employees are forced into Obamacare that's when those companies are really going to get smacked and employees will be the ones who are affected.

Obamacare is like the full employment act for Republican politicians, they'll continue to clobber Democrats at least in elections where the ignorant aren't motivated to show up.

WTF are you talking about? The phrase in question that the entire case hinged upon is "Exchange established by the State”. The majority opinon even stipulates that the most natural sense of the phrase “Exchange established by the State” is an Exchange established by a State. The same exact phrase appears 7 times in the statute. "Exchanges established by a state" is also deifned within the law.

But, you already know that the statute was written that way purposely in an effort to persuade states into establishing exchanges. Gruber et al did it that way on purpose, thinking state governors would not be able to withstand the political pressure to esatblish an exchange in order for their taxpayers to receive a subsidy. When many states called their bluff they realized things weren't going to work and they weren't going to get the numbers they needed to show for people getting signed up for Obamacare and that the costs were going to be out of whack in states wihtut exchanges such that the law itself woudl come under fire even more.

If you continue to try to say that it was merely a technicality you're full of brown stuff.

UP you so full of crap. People were getting access to health care, even the uninsured before this bill was passed and even though there are more insured than previously the ones who were insured are worse off. The problem now is a basic operation that used to cost you out of pocket maybe a $1000.00 with deductibles is now 5,000 or more out of pocket so people who need that operation are putting it off or going deep in dept.

Obamacare is harming far more people than the number of uninsured that signed up.

I predict after full implementation and the majority of the people even those that were previously uninsured see how bad this is they will rise up against this monstrosity.

This is going to sound weird from a free market person but we would of been better off if they went to a single payer system than let the insurance company lobbyists write the bill. What we got is fubar.
