No, those crimes should be charged against Hamas. They would not be happening except for Oct 7, and who was responsible for Oct 7? Hamas. Again, the story is over at that point, I'm not going to argue the semantics of he said she said. That time has long since passed as well as the outcome of what comes after Oct 7 to try and justify what Hamas did. There is no justification. What happens to Hamas and the Palestinians at this point is on Hamas. Quit trying to justify Hamas's actions there are none.

Those aid workers should have known the risk of going into a combat zone. The chances of something happening to them either by Israel or Hamas have increased significantly. Whatever happens to them be it by accident or on purpose means nothing, as they chose to drive into a known combat zone. They put their lives into someone else's hands, and they paid for that.
Were they trying to do a good thing? The answer to that is yes. But a good thing in war can get you killed for no other reason other than there is a war going on around you. Putting yourself between two armies trying to kill each other is downright insanity, and the person who put them in that situation needs to own up to his responsibility for getting them killed before he starts to point his finger at someone else.

Truth be told, World Central Kitchen is in total upheaval because they retained a CEO who is a serial rapist. Their PR ploy to throw this Hail Mary operation in Gaza and to put these chefs at risk is totally on them. They were looking for a big gesture to rehabilitate their tarnished image, and it got their people killed.
