Tristen Moran just lost 17-9 but was on the verge of tieing the match up 11-11 when the referee called the out of bounds when he had just leg-laced the opponent for two. Coaches complained but got no where and this took the oomph out of Tristen. Bad call in my opinion. So far in the University division Tristen Moran has two tech falls, Anthony Collica has two tech falls and he is seeded #2. Marsden and Schafer have yet to wrestle. Anthony Collica goes 4-0 with a 10-0 tech fall win over Ken Theobold of the Scarlet Knights wrestling club. Watched the last period of the Marsteller/Chad Pyke match. Marsteller went ahead in the 2nd but was clearly gassed and gave up easy takedowns. At one point he did not look like he was going to make it back to the center of the mat. However leading 11-10 he countered a shot by Pyke for a takedown and a fall. I know it is summer but his conditioning problems look the same.Eli Hale wins again dec.
