The investigation does not shift down or slow at all and comey did not request more resources for Russia investigation before firing.

Paints a picture of Trump firing a person for underperforming in a high level role.

Lefties, amarite?

Also, Deputy AG Rosenstein DID NOT Threaten to Quit Over Comey Firing as reported yesterday. Fake news.

Can we all agree that unless we are there we have no idea what is true and what is not? We latch onto our truth and the libs latch onto theirs and we are simultaneously correct and incorrect.

No. There's obviously something there....obviously.

That you cant see it, while other board sophisticates can, obviously points toward your racist tendencies.

The real issue is the bed wetting.

I think Ill start a post on the spike in bed wetting amongst adults.

Alright, I admit I do not get the joke. It's possible I missed it all along in this thread.

That said... here is the picture the acting director painted of the previous director today before the Senate Intelligence Committee...

HEINRICH: OK, thank you. We've heard in the news that -- that -- claims that Director Comey had -- had lost the confidence of rank and file FBI employees. You've been there for 21 years, in your opinion is it accurate that the rank and file no longer supported Director Comey?

MCCABE: No, sir, that is not accurate. I can tell you, sir, that I worked very, very closely with Director Comey. From the moment he started at the FBI I was his executive assistant director of national security at that time and I worked for him running the Washington field office. And of course I've served as deputy for the last year.

MCCABE: I can tell you that I hold Director Comey in the absolute highest regard. I have the highest respect for his considerable abilities and his integrity and it has been the greatest privilege and honor in my professional life to work with him. I can tell you also that Director Comey enjoyed broad support within the FBI and still does until this day.

We are a large organization, we are 36,500 people across this country, across this globe. We have a diversity of opinions about many things, but I can confidently tell you that the majority -- the vast majority of FBI employees enjoyed a deep and positive connection to Director Comey.

EDIT - I inserted the question he was answering in this edit.

A vast majority is what 20,000 people? 30,000? That's a lot of surveys, some psychic ability or a complete guess.

I thought we were discussing whether the acting director suggested Comey was less than competent.

He appears to have a high opinion of the man.

A vast majority of the 36,000 employees have a deep and positive connection to comey Is how I read it. My reading comprehension skills have been questioned in the past though.

I have a very high opinion of the former president of my division, but I think he wasn't the right guy for the current circumstances of our company and agree with the decision to move him on.

That was part of his statement, yes.

It might be beneficial, for reading comprehension and all, if I added the question from Senator Heinrich before his answer. He was specifically asked about his opinion about the confidence of the rank-and-file of Director Comey.

I will add the question to that post momentarily.

Sill though that sounds a little far fetched don't you think? Maybe im nitpicking.

Maybe next time one of them will ask him whether he thought Comey should be fired.

Last week brainless lefties thought Comey was the devil, this week an angel. They must sit around and wait for their memos.

I'm shocked that a Clinton dick-lick would ever say such a thing, especially since his wife received over $700k from McCauliff's (Big Clinton dick-lick) PAC in her failed VA candidacy, but whatever......

For either side, if the facts aren't known why throw anything out there, especially if it's partisan and ends up being BS. Would actually be amazing to see what would happen if these morons just told the truth!
