Trump staff & cabinet news

I would be ok with those picks. There is a thought out there that Thomas and Alito should retire and then have Thomas be AG. I think Thomas would be fine, but not sure he's the best pick.

Of the names I have heard as candidates for AG, Paxson and Matt Whitaker are my favs. I think Rudy, rightly or wrongly, has too much political baggage to be an effective AG. Anything he does will be spun as 'he's just getting back at his enemies'. That's why I like Whitaker, he is young and a bulldog and doesn't have Rudy's baggage. Rudy has been rumored to be interested in a NYC mayor run again.
I am against witch hunts in general but blood has been drawn.

Whoever is AG must be a Torquemada. He will "convert" the opportunist, have the true believer leftist cowering and bring the unrepentant evil doers to justice. And our side does not need to manufacture any crimes. They will be there in spades.

And for those that don't know or remember I defended that lowlife POS John Edwards (D-NC) from the political witch hunt he was subjected to. Delay, Stephens, that Gov of Md. and Trump all victims of political witch hunts by banana republic dems for the purpose of stealing elections.

The barbarians came to the gates. They will try again. Call out the crusaders and let a holy inquisition begin.

Trump's the chosen one.

Why do you all have issue with “Big Pharma”?
Let me share a close, personal story about how joined at the hip the FDA and Big Pharma really are, notwithstanding the issues that I've endured in my effort to awake cancer solutions.

A local OKC man's (very, very wealthy) wife came down with a VERY rare cancer. This man dropped everything he was doing and dedicated his wealth and power solely toward saving his beloved wife. In the first year of his 1st Administration, Trump pushed through the "right to try" and "compassionate use" of non-approved drugs for anyone facing certain death. Anyone disagreeing with this is a satan in my opinion. How can you say to someone with certain death that they can't try anything if they want?

Unfortunately, both initiatives passed with the proviso that the FDA had to approve each such use. So the only FDA-approved drug that would help his wife would not cure her, but only "hopefully" buy her an additional 3 months of life. Through his network and huge expenditure of $, he uncovered a new drug inside a Canadian company that was specifically designed to cure her specific rare cancer.

So he applied to the FDA to invoke both "right to try" and "compassionate use," and you know what the FDA said? Your "right to try" and compassionate use can only be invoked once the US FDA approved drug fails, meaning by the time they can invoke it, she would be dead. Insane until you look at the history of senior leadership at Big Pharma and at the FDA. They are literally a revolving door of people. FDA leadership comes from Big Pharma. Big Pharma leadership requires previous leadership at the FDA. They are joined at the hip.

This one decision that I know is very real is a perfect example of the FDA protecting their brothers at Big Pharma. In reality they are all members of the same fraternity.

I used to be directly involved in new drug development ($250M Merrill Lynch VC fund directly targeting new drugs), and I can't begin to describe how disgusting the protection of Big Pharma was by the FDA. I could give dozens of examples, but not the least of which is that they allow Big Pharma to manipulate their clinical trial data for drug approval (the worst case of fox in the henhouse you will ever encounter, made worse by the fact it surrounds human health and life). The mutual fraternity remains in full swing.

Thanks for the answer. I wasn’t being antagonistic. I truly wondered why.

Going scorched earth will require some level of buy in in the court of public opinion. They will have to see at least some evidence of the level of corruption in order to be ok with the hammer falling.

My guess, just a guess, is we will see Trump immediately make strong moves on the border, economy, and foreign policy. When those moves start netting positive outcomes for America, then they can move toward the prosecution phase. Just a hunch.

Believe it when I see it. DC has been corrupt for decades and 4 yrs is not enough time to do what he wants or needs to do. Maybe he gets the ball rolling and the next Repub POTUS can keep it going if he is not a DS Operative.
Vance looks strong. All he lacks is public speaking which he will get very good at.
With the depth of the MAGA Pack upcoming, it's an amazing crew with many very young.

He destroyed Dana Bash.. that single-handedly won he over. He could be a legit powerhouse come 2028
Path is set up for him, let's hope he doesn't shit the bed like DeSantis did, in 2022 path was set for him too.

Vance and Tulsi in particular will be in prime position to make a name for themselves in 2028 if they take advantage of the opportunities. Hope we have them and a few others step up.

Pancreek1 have you read anything by Marty Makary, MD? Have two of his books "THe Price We Pay - What Broke American Health Care And How To Fix it, & "Blind Spots - When Medicine Gets It Wrong, And What It Means For Our Health." Both really good books. I don't know enough about healthcare to understand everything this gentleman is saying, but one thing that has been evident from that idiot fauci, to the global warming crown and points in-between is that is you speak out against convectional wisdom or some ossified group of administrators they can ruin you and to me that is a huge problem. Sharyl Attkisson also has a book out which I haven't read yet by the title "Follow The Science-How Big Pharma Misleads, Obscures, and Previals," the reviews are interesting though so it is moving up on my list of reads.

My last experience with the "conventional wisdom" was taking the J&J covid shot. My blood pressure was always in the 118-125 / 70-85 range, until after taking the covid shot. I'm now with high blood pressure and normally will have a reading of 140-150/90-100. I'm super pissed about this and will never partake in this type of BS again even if it costs me my job.

Did the lady in your above story survive?

Thanks for your input as well.

Trump just announced on Truth Social that Tom Homan, former ICE Director under Trump, will be his new 'border czar' and will be responsible for DEPORTING ALL ILLEGALS BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.

Here he is explaining how he will avoid separating families:

Oh and apparently this position does NOT require Senate confirmation, so he can start on Day One, and I suspect he will.

Banger picks so far. This is what the picks look like when Trump knows who to pick versus tryin to et the establishment to pick them for him.

Saw an interview Homan gave a few weeks ago, he said he told Trump he would start in January of 2025 and fully secure the border. He said 'give me 120 days, Mr President".

He said Trump told him 'Youve got 60 days'.

Also, Homan announced he will be doing workplace raids on illegals, Obviously, he's trying to scare some of them into deporting themselves, to save time and money.

Trump has gotten more accomplished in the last 6 days than Biden did in 4 years.
