Trump set a Republican incumbent record upping his vote total from 63 to 74 million votes. Somebody likes Trump no matter what MSM and the Marxists tell us. Mark Zuckerberg says he won't spend $400 million for stuffed drop boxes in 2024. Marxists are working hard to prevent a second Trump presidency. Marxists know without cheating they have no chance.
Don't show this to Dan, his whole stick is Trump can't win the general election and this could trigger a medical event.

I'm convinced Biden will not be the Democrat nominee. He is not campaigning, doesn't have much of a campaign staff, his approval numbers are in the toilet and behind the scenes fellow Democrats are trying to figure out how to get rid of him without having egg on their face. Fully expect some over the top unprecedented action by Democrats this election cycle. Wouldn't surprise me if at the last minute Biden either has a legal or health issue and Democrats put in Big Mike or maybe that idiot governor out of California.
I just don't see Michelle Obama running for President. Don't even see why she is mentioned outside of being attached to Barrack.
She's not much more likeable than Harris and she doesn't seem to have the chops to handle a hot debate.

She's not going to run, she would be selected at the last minute due to Biden dropping out for some reason. IMO Obama has been running the country with that idiot Biden as his front man, Putting Michelle in would give him another 8 years in his mind. There is a reason he hasn't left DC.

The electorate is generally made up of 30% GOP, 30% Dems, 40% independent .......so he is polling 62% of the 30%..........he would have to get a large majority of the independents, because there are very , very few Dems that will vote for him........last poll I saw, Independents were well under 50% his way, not as low as Dems for him , but not much higher
You make a good point, but you miss an even better point. Once Trump has the nomination in hand the 60% of the 30% will jump to nearly 100% of the 30% because no Republican in his right mind would ever vote for 4 more years of what we're getting now. Elia Kazan wote an incredible novel back in the mid-60's called "The Arrangement." I won't bore you with the details, but just know the protagonist was a businessman who kept his personal assistant as his mistress. She was more to him than a piece of ass, he relied on her to smell out rotten people and rotten deals, but he did not treat her in the manner she felt she deserved. At one point during a meeting with some clients she stood up and announced whe was quiting because "the ****ing I'm getting is not worth the ****ing I'm getting." I think that will be the attitude any Republican voter will have toward the Democrats come election day. I agree with you that independents will be the key.

Maybe not, but you have to factor that Biden is only polling at about 30-35% of his 30%, so he has a much bigger hole to dig out of. I don't think he will enjoy 100% of his 30% once he secures the nomination. The shocking fact is the election will be very close if it's Trump vs Biden. I give Biden the edge, but only by a whisker. If it were Biden vs DeSantis or Ramaswamy, however, I think it would be Republican blowout. By all apprearances, however, it appears it's going to be Trump, so come election night it's going to be nerve racking for both sides.

What that edited clip left out was the discussion of the Iowa caucus poll, which showed something similar to other current polling out of Iowa. Yes, Trump has a strong lead in Iowa, however, over 50% of Republicans in Iowa prefer someone else over Trump. Trump is polling in the low 40s in Iowa right now. More Republicans in Iowa are backing a different candidate than Republicans who are backing Trump.
Once again, Trump is benefiting from a congested Republican field. However, if one Republican is able to break through, things might get interesting. That Republican needs to do it early though. I'd keep an eye on Iowa.

If you Republicans are insistent on nominating Trump again, President Biden will be the nominee. Unless, God forbid, he dies in office or becomes very sick. I personally think President Biden is going to be nominee regardless, but maybe you have an outside chance of him pulling an LBJ if it appears the Republicans are going to nominate someone else. Maybe.
As for campaigning, there is no reason for the President to campaign and waste his money right now. His campaign did run an ad on Fox News yesterday, which I found hilarious. But again, right now the Biden campaign is just sitting back and waiting. As they should be.
As for Democrats wanting to get rid of Biden, sorry, that just isn't happening. No serious progressive or moderate Democrat challenger has emerged to take on the President. And the one thing Republicans can do to help President Biden with any Democrat who has doubts about the President is to nominate Trump again. You Republicans will just play right into the President's hands by nominating Trump again.
