I saw where is was arrested for misdemeanor assault. I saw a video (maybe there's a more definitive video somewhere) but does that really rise to the level of assault? If it does I fear that anytime someone doesn't like a politician they will just put themselves in the middle of a mob and look to get grabbed to charge someone with the campaign a crime. I'm not a Trump supporter but this kind of seems like something that is blown way to far out of proportion.

If he grabbed her hard enough to leave a bruise (her assertion) then it probably rises to the the standard of "touching without permission". Time lapsed video like that really doesn't do much to convey the amount of force in the grab. Judge should be able to sort that out in about 30 minutes....

I would give a classic man-pology - "Hey sorry if you felt that was uncomfortable."

There is apparently film of Huma shoving someone at a Hillary event to the ground. Is she going to get charged?

I'd like to grab Michelle Fields but not like Cory did.

I could be wrong but if she had been warned ( should be easy to prove) and she still went and grabbed Trump to try to get an interview (looks that way on the video) can't he just claim self defense and it all be over? Going to be hard to win this in the media, they will take care of their own.

Lots of baloney here...everyone trying to pile on and make the guy look like he is responsible for every stupid thing that happens. Funny now how the media, who mostly hate conservatives, are carrying water for the "R's".

Love that the libs are afraid, foreign parasitic governments are afraid, the media is worried and Trump is now more dangerous than MMGW.

Tired of the infighting, but man what a metamorphosis taking place.

It's a crime that something so stupid as this is going to waste the time of the court system, the police, etc. The lawyers will be happy because they can run up thousands of dollars in billable hours talking about nothing back and forth which is what lawyers do. The media is happy because they have something to talk about. Watched Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie try to turn it into some huge thing that the guy tweeted the next day that he never touched her. Thought it was hilarious when Guthrie asked Trump why he was holding the reporter to such a high standard on how she described the incident while giving his campaign manager the benefit of the doubt. I guess it never occurred to that airheaded idiot that she and Lauer were both doing the same thing in reverse.

This whole process is a joke, an absolute effing joke. I could go out to any elementary school playground and find more intelligent debates from more serious people than what we are dealing with in our Presidential race. I don't like Trump or Cruz but could have probably voted for either of them at some point. I am past that point. I will not vote for any of the turds left floating in the toilet bowl. I am going to check out the Libertarian dude and if he sucks too I'll be repeating what I did in 2008 and abstain.

It's not as if reporters are perfect angels who exhibit the utmost decorum around their "targets".
