Harris never refused to debate Trump. Not once. It was Trump who originally backed out of the ABC debate. Once he realized that was hurting him, he agreed to the debate again. Harris never backed out of that debate nor has she ever refused to debate Trump.
It is Trump and always Trump who refuses to debate.
