The Real Donald Trump On Display

Did I read once upon a time a lawyer never is to publically bad moth a client? I probably would become quite angry if one of my 2 attorneys publically flogged me.
I don’t know if you read it or not. But a lawyer with any sense of morality would try to warn the public of the sleaze factor when she knows a particular ex-client is running for office.

Cmon Dan, don't equate "lawyers" with "morality". Kinda of "oxymoronish". I just made that word up. Where's Giuliani today? 🤣

I think there are plenty of lawyers that are highly moral. It’s the lawyers - and anyone else for that matter - that become politicians that leave their moral compass locked in a drawer in their home. And there are some people, Donald Trump comes instantly to mind, who wouldn’t know a moral concept if it were hand delivered to him.

Ever think about just how many of our reps/senators are lawyers Dan? Draft dodging politicians?

Nope. Paying clients take up too much time.
A reminder: soonerinlOUisiana proved at the now defunct SoonerSpinZone he has an IQ in the mid 140's or higher. For 2023, the US avg. IQ is 97.4. This is in part why we find ourselves in the mess we're in. Another major factor is Mark Zuckerberg spending $400 million on the 2020 "election."

I was watching Fox News this morning while getting ready for work. They had a reporter at the Wisconsin State Fair interviewing people on who they were going to vote for. One person said Trump because he's the "only one" who can get the country back on the right track. It occurs to me that many future Trump voters feel that way, that Trump is the only one who can save the country from the Democrats. And to be honest I do not understand that line of reasoning. What has Trump ever done that put the country back on the right track, blocked the Democrats from doing whatever they wanted to do? It seems to me it was just as screwed up when he left office, if not moreso, than when he entered. That may be the reason the Democrats are working so hard to get him the nomination this time around. What is it people think he'll do the second time that he didn't do, or couldn't do, the first? What makes people think the Democrats won't come after him with even more ferocity than ever? Trump folded like a cheap tent in a high wind against the military complex, as an example. What makes them think he'll be different this time?

Lawyers have no morals. The fact the majority of government are lawyers explains the reason it's so corrupt.

Of course lawyers have morals. They are paid to set aside their moral beliefs in court as they defend their client with all they've got. Which, by the way, the young lady lawyer in question did with her best ability. Politicians, who are mostly lawyers, have no morals. But it is unfair to lump every lawyer in the pile with lawyers-turned-politicians who I agee with you are the lowest of the low.
