Totaling almost 40 Billion in annual spending. While I'm sure some maybe even most of this spending is legitimate, I have no doubt a surprising percentage is being abused by federal workers. Should be fairly easy to expose those who are abusing the system.

How is it possible that there are 4 million government credit cards?
