Whose interpretation of the Constitution? Some leftist judicial activist judge doing everything they can to thwart deportation's of criminal illegals, uncovering government fraud, waste and abuse or the SCOTUS?

If we are being honest with each other all of this is a result of Congress not doing it's damn job over the last 30 years. That applies to both Republicans and Democrats. Congress, both Democrat and Republican, promised to secure the border and stop illegal immigration all the way back when Reagan was President, they lied. Democrats wanted the population count for Congressional representation and Republicans bowed down to the Chamber of Commerce lobby for cheap labor.
Congress is responsible for ridiculously complicated, corrupt bills that have allowed for no telling how much theft of tax payer dollars.
It's convenient to blame Trump or corrupt judicial activist judges but the reality is Congress is responsible for all of these problems.

Actually I believe it was in response to a question about the 9-0 recent ruling by the Supreme Court, the final interpreters according to the Constitution. Does that count?

A second thought: if a Democrat said what Trump said you’d be up in arms over the outrage. But since Trump said it you look for a spin to make it acceptable. Considering how unpopular Trump has become in only 100 days there is a very strong likelihood that the next prez will be a hated Democrat. And when he points to Trump’s precedent and thinks he’s above the Constitution you will be in no position to complain. He’ll use the same spin that you’re using.
