Don't need to destroy the Unions, they could if properly organized be beneficial for business, workers and the country. The problem with Unions is the leadership is corrupt and puts it's needs above all else.

Traditional thinking is it's bad for workers if the Union owns stock in companies they organize against because the Union is swayed by company profits, not workers wages and benefits. IMO that is nothing more than Union leadership propaganda to keep the workers beholding to the Union. What better representation than workers being major shareholders and having large voting rights for the companies they work for? What better way to build real wealth for workers and improve efficiencies for business to improve profits? Workers building wealth and business creating profits is good for the country.

Working folks have as much right to voluntarily organize as do the companies that employ them. Companies of all kinds join trade and professional associations to further the interests of the group. Laborers should be able to do the same.

Pretty simple. Reps can join hands with anyone that is pro business, less taxes, and less regulation. Unions can see Biden’s policies means inflation eating away at their member’s take home pay. Bad economy means fewer Union jobs. Unions can choose to move forward the economy of this country. They obviously need help, and the obvious solution for them is Trump. Neither Reps or Unions are so entrenched in worshipping a single ideology at the expense of the masses. That is the problem with the society, too many think and expect only binary choices from their party.

This is so obvious but some have to make it political.
