Systematic racism as defined by board liberals

Yes, without dealing with underlying drivers of disparities in charging and sentencing it exacerbated system discrimination for the poor and brown and black people. Next.

you contradicted yourself. How were poor blacks treated differently than poor whites?

Does that mean Biden is racist?
I don't like to call people racist, just their actions, but since you might find it disingenuous for me to pull that one out in favor of Biden, I'll make an exception and say "yes he is a racist"

Now a question for you you. What's worse:

Being a racist who calls people on the tv the N-word and avoids sitting near black coworkers during lunch hour at the plant

or

Being a totally pure at heart not-racist-at-all powerful senator who pushes through a crime bill with disparate sentencing for crack versus cocaine that has awful results for black people.

So are you for or against systemic racism?

Your vote say no.

The cia really hung their distribution network out to dry.

lol what about their skin color made them choose crack over cocaine? Any evidence blacks with cocaine were treated differently than their white counterparts? How about white crack users versus black crack users? any evidence they got lighter sentences with similar criminal histories?

Yeah and how are black people treated any worse than your average person with antebellum slave ancestry.

Penalties for malt liquor DUIs five times higher than beer DUIs, not racist since both whites and blacks who drank olde english recieved the same treatment.

People named DeJuan have to renew their driver's license every 3 months, not racist since the white DeJuans are in the same boat as the black DeJuans

People can say what they want, I have no control over it same as if a black person is watching a show and wants to call white people that are in it "crackers."

As far as sitting with blacks I don't see what the big deal is. When I worked for a company in which I was the 2nd shift shipping supervisor the company had whites, blacks and mexicans. At breaks and lunch the Mexicans sat together as did the blacks and the whites. Are they all racist against one another?
I did have quite a few mexicans tell me they didn't like blacks and their reason they said was because they are lazy. Is that racist? Maybe or maybe they were just tired of having to work harder because of it.

As for the last question I couldn't care less. Don't wanna do time don't do the crime. I don't sell drugs or do drugs. I have no desire to ruin my life and have my freedom taken away. They know the risks before they start doing it so its on them.

lots of time and energy today I love it.

if im so stupid, why are you being so coy? just spell it out for me. Where’s the evidence?
If laws that have an unjustifiably disparate racial effect are still racist even if they are enforced in a racially neutral way.

that is by far the dumbest fvcking thing I have ever read on this board.
What makes it dumb is it’s not a complete sentence. By starting with the conjunction “if” it becomes only a sentence segment. Had Pilt not started with the word “if” his sentence would have made sense. I wouldn’t agree with him, but I would have understood what he was saying. The thing with Pilt is you never know if he does things like that on purpose in order to obfuscate, or if he really doesn’t know that what he said made no sense.

The "if" was in error.

Your make an Evil Knievel style jump from "systemic" to "all whites are racist" and "blacks can't be racist". You are not the only one to do so - happens on both sides of the issue. It is incorrect IMO. It's almost like you can't acknowledge racism without the ability to point your finger at a specific boogeyman.
Oh? Dave, that's is your side talking. Your side seems to think whites are collectively guilty of racism and blacks are incapable of it. Do you actually dispute that? They've done the same thing with males. This shouldn't be new information for you.
The closest I would come to making these types of generalizations is it isn't common for sustained experience to create a "nose blindness" to one's own privilege. You don't see it as racist that more people of color are in prison for drug dealing despite a relatively even distribution of drug use and dealing across racial and economic demographics. Higher wealth correlating to lower rates of prosecution, less harsh sentencing, etc - is an example of systemic discrimination.
So is it race or wealth? And at what point do people need to be accountable for themselves and their poor choices? Crime data is readily available.
If we substituted "discrimination" for "racism" would that make you feel better? All lives matter #amiright? Does "white fragility" also cause you discomfort? I know it triggers Harry. I'll try to control the steady stream of microaggressions going forward.
Geezus, dave. White fragility isn't a problem I have. I'm not ashamed of being white. It's just the skin color I was born with. I've never used my white skin color to do anything negative toward persons of color or anyone else.

Your "guilt" is interesting though. What are you doing about it besides the cliche of "not being part of the problem" that we've seen used by the left leaners here?

Dan when I advise the committee on public safety to expropriate all libertarian owned plumbing businesses in Oklahoma, it won't be anti-Dan, because it will apply to all Oklahoman libertarian plumbing business owners equally, regardless of whether they are called Dan or not.

Well I’ll be glad you didn’t single me out!
