True and in my personal opinion still should...Fifty years ago he would have had a church family to lean on
Fifty years ago he wouldn't have been raised by other heathens in a daycare.Fifty years ago he would have had a church family to lean on
Just a sad sad deal. This is why school system should focus on the physical, psychological, and mental well being of children.
We spend too much time on the mental (academic aspect) and the physical aspect is only catered to if they are what society considers the "real athletes".
There is very little learning or discuss on what it means to be a good person. It either occurs at home or in prek and after that we see the deterioration of so many.
I hear what you are saying but I don't think that the public school system is the proper place to teach those types of lessons. You teach them what it means to be a good student and classmate. But not what it takes to be a good person.
Yes there is some overlap there. But I don't want the government to take over yet another aspect of what good parenting is. What you propose will just lead to even more family disconnect.

Precisely.Totally disagree. The gospels and teachings of Jesus are great morality lessons that should be taught but without the need for the learner to state their loyalty to the faith.
The systematic destruction of the family and throwing psychotropic pills at these lonely broken people is to blame.
